You may not have heard of decorating with greige, but chances are you’ve seen it. This color between beige and grey is showing up more and more, both in fashion and interior design. We love having a new neutral on the scene and seeing the various ways it’s being used in window fashions.
We had the opportunity to incorporate greige into our recent project for the 2014 Home-a-Rama. We paired a greige and grey paisley print cornice with dark grey drapes. This helped us to create a peaceful and serene seating area that was neutral in tone, but certainly not boring!

This contemporary dining room has patterned metallic greige drapes that add shine and luster to the room. The drapes provide a lovely backdrop for the off-white dining room chairs and the modern light fixture.

We adore these greige silk mohair drapery panels; they’re so luxurious! They frame the chandelier perfectly. Greige pairs well with a variety of accent colors, including the smoky blue seen in this living room.

This room doesn’t have greige drapes, but it does have lovely woven shades that really pop against the greige wall color. The natural shades, tangerine accents, and greige walls work together to create a living room that has a casual but refined feel.
