The fall season brings so many great things, but one of our favorites is the Indianapolis Home-A-Rama. Home-A-Rama is a yearly event sponsored by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis that showcases some of the very best home builders and interior designers in Indianapolis. This year’s event features four homes in The Village of West Clay in Carmel. Home-A-Rama visitors have the opportunity to tour these homes and talk with designers and other suppliers to the homes.
Drapery Street is honored to be involved in this year’s Home-A-Rama. We had the pleasure of working with Gradison Building and Kittles Design Studio to provide drapes for their home. You can learn more about the home and see a floor plan here.
In the Home-a-Rama home we supplied the draperies in the main area, the upper rooms and the laundry room. This bespoke design was entirely customized and is a perfect fit for this room. The neutral Roman shade gives a simple touch to an otherwise modern and eclectic dining area. As we’ve written about on this blog before, tangerine is trendy and it added a small touch of color to these shades.
These drapes were also bespoke and we loved how the color block design married with a sheer fabric. Both of these window treatments are neutral designs that were accented with other bold accessories within the room.

The final week of Home-A-Rama starts this Wednesday, October 23rd, and runs through October 27th. The event runs from noon to 8:00 p.m. (ticket booth closes at 7:00 p.m.).
