As a senior designer and the director of design, Tiffany has had a busy year! We asked Tiffany what some of her most memorable projects were from 2024 and here’s what she named.
2025 Dream Home
Tiffany began work on the 2025 Indianapolis Dream Home in the spring of 2024. This home is being built by Carrington Homes and will have extensive outdoor living spaces. Tiffany is working closely with the builder to design, build-out, and install two-story retractable shades. The homeowner will soon be able to enjoy bug-free evenings on any of their many porches.

Bloomington New Build
A local furniture store in Bloomington, Indiana referred this next homeowner to Drapery Street. She wanted to add decorative drapes and Roman shades throughout her home to complement her motorized shades. The homeowner gravitated towards print fabrics, which made this project especially fun. Tiffany helped turn her vision into reality with adorable cafe curtains and statement-making draperies and Roman shades.

1933 Lounge
This year, Tiffany has been working with Shea Inc., an architectural firm based in Minneapolis, to create window treatments for a new restaurant coming to Carmel — 1933 Lounge. Having designed many window treatments for other culinary hotspots — Tiffany is the perfect partner for this project. We can’t wait to share photos once the restaurant opens its doors!
Polish Interiors Collab
A returning customer is the highest compliment! This homeowner first worked with Tiffany and Polish Interiors in 2023. They returned this year for phase two, which included treatments for the primary bedroom, powder bath, landing, and second-floor primary suite. This client loves to play with prints and textures, resulting in showstopping interiors that continue to the windows.
Home-A-Rama
Tiffany designed the window treatments for the Kent Shaffer, Randy Shaffer, and Emily Handke Home-A-Rama home, which won this year’s People’s Choice Award. She collaborated with Wildflower Home Designs and Shine Design Interiors to ensure the window treatments would reflect the style and feel of the home while providing the needed functionality. Tiffany customized a variety of drapes and shades throughout the home but the star treatment is the automated shade for the arch window in the primary bedroom. Because Tiffany was involved early in the build process, she was able to provide specs for a false wall to contain the shade and allow it to fully recess when raised.
